This course provides public safety professionals—including police officers, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, and other first responders—with critical medical skills designed to preserve life in high‑threat environments. Participants learn how to stabilize an injured responder until Emergency Medical Services (EMS) can safely access and manage the tactical scene.
